Modification of MS Word Document Files

 

 

 


No “Canned” computer program will ever do everything you want, exactly like you want it. Many companies  have specific needs and preferences that are not general enough in nature to warrant inclusion in a loan  package targeted at general users. For those companies that have the expertise and personnel to do so, there are several ways to have exactly what you want.

 

Many of the documents printed by LOANMASTER are being converted to Microsoft Office Format. Most of these will be Microsoft Word Documents. They will exist as templates in the format of ordinary Microsoft Word document files. You will be able to edit these document templates just like any other Microsoft Word document. You can change the text, add new text, remove fields or add new fields. You will be able to use any font on your system.

 

The current documents are:

WBNotice10

 

The number indicates the number of days.

PDnotice01 will be printed if the number of day is 1 to 10

PDNotice10 will be sent if the notice is 11 to 30 days past due.

PdNotice60 will be printed if the loan is 61 to 90 days past due.

 

WB notice10 is the only will be due notice and will be sent when ever a will be due notice is due.                  

There is nothing magic about these documents. They are completely ordinary Microsoft Word documents just like the ones you create yourself. You can edit them in any way you like.

 

BUT:

 

The formatting us up to you and Word. You are responsible to see that the name and addresses line up with your window envelopes and that the inserted values line up where you want them.
