Answer:
Notices are created
during the daily update cycle. The changes suggested
here will not produce notices for loans that have been
updated in the past.
If
this happens on all loans all the time, read the FAQ
"How Do Notices
Work?"
If
this happens on only one or a few loans continue here.
Notices
are determined by two things: Mail Codes and Dates.
Check
the problem loans first for Mail Codes. Set them to
"A" (All).
If
the mail codes are set to "A" and there are
still no notices there are two remaining possibilities.
1
) One or more dates is set wrong
Check
these Dates
These dates could influence past
due status:
Date Note
First Payment Due
Final Maturity Date
Next Payment Due
Payment Due For
Previous Maturity Date
Date Update
Next Past Due Notice
Deferral Ends
None of these dates may
be blank
2 ) No Notice Is Due
Just because a loan is past due does not necessarily
mean a past due notice is due today. See
the FAQ "How Do
Notices Work?"
